The works in this exhibition represent the continuation of a relationship between artist and paper that spans more than 5,000 years. With a variety of mediums and methods On Paper celebrates the myriad ways artists utilize this humble, ancient surface.
Founded in 1978 as the Shenandoah Arts Council, ShenArts provides regional artists with opportunities to exhibit their artworks in various partnership programs with the MSV and the City of Winchester. These programs include exhibitions such as Art in the Halls and the Artscape banners in Old Town Winchester.
