Start the day with a morning yoga session in the MSV gardens led by yoga teacher Amy Hope-Gentry. A harmonious blend of Vinyasa, Yin, and Universal Yoga Flow, the class guides participants through dynamic movements, deep stretches, and mindful transitions to build strength, enhance flexibility, and cultivate inner peace. All skill levels welcome.
