Homeschool students ages 10–15 will explore handicrafts throughout the galleries, focusing on the techniques used to create them. Following a discussion about decorative arts and what it means to decorate a home, participants will create a holiday garland using yarn, wooden beads, and simple crochet techniques. Led by textile artist and MSV Manager of Youth & Student Programs Sarah Perks.
