Lunch Box Lesson: Rose Care Basics

Tuesday, June 25 • noon–1 p.m.

Taking place in the picnic area by the garden entrance, this free, informal, 20-minute program will focus rose-gardening basics. Joel Lowery, assistant MSV gardens and grounds manager, will demonstrate pruning techniques and deadheading methods and discuss pest and disease control for roses. Bring your own bag lunch to enjoy or purchase lunch “to go” from the Museum Café.

Free. Rain location: Garden Activity Room.
